At Nothrow.com our passion for our products is matched only by our
passion for customer service. If you are unhappy we are unhappy and
will strive for your total satisfaction. We firmly believe that you, our
loyal customer, are the reason for our continued success and that
without your support, we are not successful.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product we will exchange
or refund you your total cost within 7 days of the day you receive the
shipment. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a quality
defect. If an item is returned due to an error on our part - i.e., we shipped
you the wrong item or your item was damaged upon receipt - we will not
only exchange or refund your item, we will also arrange and pay for the
return shipping. A 20% Restocking Fee will be subtracted from your
refund for items that are not folded and placed in their original
packaging. Please note that items marked for clearance are not
eligible for exchange or return.
All returned items, shall be processed within 10 business days. If you
would
